Delicious must-try smoothie!! My favorite smoothie secret is to use the freshest fruit available (preferably organic) and chop/freeze it the night before. In the morning, no ice needed to blend. The unwatered down flavor is superb! And of course, don't forget the inspired glass when it's time to pour!
ReplyDeleteI add banana for creaminess and chia seeds for thickness.
ReplyDeleteI add some 2% milk!
ReplyDeleteI keep ripe bananas in the freezer all ready to go and I usually add some raw cacao powder for a health kick.
ReplyDeleteUse frozen fruit!
ReplyDeleteI freeze everything I need for each smoothie together in a smoothie pack and just add almond milk. It makes for an extra creamy smoothie.
ReplyDeleteI make sure to add bananas and yogurt
ReplyDeleteMy secret to the best smoothie is using a VitaMix. Can't beat it! Thank you for the giveaway!

If there's a secret, then I haven't found it. I like the way mine come out, but I don't have a secret. I do use coconut milk, because I can't have almond milk.
